Very few people have heard of kajirus, a Gorean male slave. On a site devoted to the topic I found a page capturing the life of a kajirus:

The path of the kajirus is very hard and very serious. The decision to take it should also be taken with such seriousness.
The Gorean philosophy of ‘naturalism’ that is promoted makes it difficult for the Male Gorean Masters to recognize that a male would want to be a slave much less desire to be a kajirus. To them they recognize you as something other than real men and always worth less than a female slave (kajira).
In Gorean communities all eyes will always be on you, and while your sister slaves might be allowed tiny mistakes, you will not be. For a kajirus is always punished harshly, and they will watch for the slightest mistake to insist on such punishment.
While there are many warnings against becoming a kajirus there are also many rewards.
The depth of slavery you can obtain is complete slavery.
