You’ve been in a monogamous relationship and suddenly your partner expresses a desire to explore his or her sexuality with other people. Perhaps together with you, maybe separately – or even both.
What would be your response:
- Agree to try
- Try to dissuade him/her
- Cry
- Leave
- Stay in the relationship even though you fear you’ll be miserable.
Or reverse the situation: your relationship has been open when the other asserts a desire for exclusivity: monogamy.
What would you do?
