Penectomy, Castration?
Many men fantasize about having their testicles and/or penis chopped off. Being reduced to an impotent sexless creature.
For some this is just an extreme fantasy. They may use it as a way to achieve orgasm while masturbating.
Others had an upbringing that left them sick with guilt about their sexuality.
And another group are men who are transgendered but can’t admit that.
