If you fill out the checklist you can put it on a website, if only an anonymous Blogger or Live Journal page. I wouldn’t shove it in a woman’s face. But you can politely explain that if your conversations go well she might wish to take a look at it.

Some advise filling out the list with Yes, No, Maybe, Don’t Know. Others suggest a numeric rating scale. If you choose the latter I suggest no less than five and no more than seven (if you go above seven you can drive yourself nuts trying to sort out the sixes from the sevens).
