I would say: have a look at tantra and its archetypes. Shakti is the goddess energy, the power of the universe while Shiva, the male god-like energy is seen as consciousness. Both are necessary and complimentary. Does this mean that shakti is to be worshipped? Yes, of course but many women are oblivious of their own energetic power so the more a woman taps into that universal power the more she becomes able to be worshipped. Shiva has to let go of ego and male aggression before he can worship her and he may need a dose of Kali, the dark and violent manifestation of the Goddess before he has enough consciousness! Its not about inequality but it is about letting go of ego. If that is what some people call sub space, then fair enough. Each to their own path, I say, and lets not act out other people’s cliches!!

What the sub said in his comment demonstrates that he does not believe in female supremacy. Few people do! I like a definition I read a couple of years ago. A woman blogger defined female supremacy something like this: It’s not a hierarchy, religion or cult. It’s not about male bashing or humiliation. It’s about harmony, pleasure and the reign of female values. It’s an environment where men and women are loved and respected, at peace, but men willingly yield to women and all final decisions are made by women because all believe it is the best way for both.

I find the articles posted on the GoddessClub web site on the subject of female supremacy to be very well thought of and informative.
